Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

What we do (and don't do)

LiverySuite does not sell personal information in exchange for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The data we collect is used only to provide the service requested by the operator who is our direct customer.

The third parties that process data on our behalf — payment, hosting, email, error tracking — are listed on our Subprocessors page. They are not advertisers and they do not receive data for marketing purposes.

Your CCPA rights

If you are a California resident, you may request that we:

• Disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you
• Disclose the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you
• Delete the personal information we have collected about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not currently process any in a way that would require limitation)

How to submit a request

Email privacy@liverysuite.com from the email address associated with your account or bookings. Include:

• Which right you are exercising (know, delete, correct, do-not-sell)
• Your full name and any other email addresses or phone numbers you may have used
• If you are an authorized agent, attach written authorization from the consumer

We verify identity by matching against the email or phone you provided to the operator who serves you. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days (extendable once by 45 days when reasonably necessary).
