Is there really no per-ride fee?

Correct. We never take a percentage of your rides. You connect your own Stripe account, funds land with you, and you pay only the flat monthly plan price.
What happens when I hit a usage cap?

We warn you at 80% of any limit, in-app and by email. There are no overage charges, ever. Drivers, vehicles, and flight tracking are firm caps — at the limit you upgrade in one click to add more. We never move you to a higher plan without asking.
Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 14-day trial needs no card. The Free plan is free forever within its limits.
Can I move between plans?
↓
Anytime, up or down. Changes are prorated and take effect immediately.
Is every feature really on every plan?
↓
Yes. The only thing gated is flight tracking on the Free plan — a usage-based extra that costs us money to deliver. Every core tool is included everywhere.
