Before your first trip

Set up your account

Accept the invite from your company and set your password.

Your company creates your account. You cannot sign yourself up — you need their invite.

  1. Find the invite email from your company and open the link.
  2. Set a password of at least eight characters.
  3. Enter your mobile number and your driver licence number.
  4. Save. You are taken to the sign-in page. Sign in with your email and your new password.

Some companies set your account up for you and send a temporary password instead. In that case, sign in with it and you will be asked to choose your own straight away.
