Report a safety concern

For passengers, drivers, or anyone affected by a ride booked through an operator using LiverySuite.

If this is an emergency, call 911 first.

This form is not monitored 24/7 and is not a substitute for emergency services or a police report.

For non-emergency issues, please first contact the operator who served you — their contact details are on your booking confirmation or receipt. The operator is the party legally responsible for the ride and is best positioned to investigate.

If you cannot reach the operator, the concern is about the operator themselves, or you would prefer to report directly to LiverySuite, submit the form below or email safety@liverysuite.com.

Provide at least one if you would like us to follow up. Anonymous reports are accepted but we cannot ask for clarifying details.

We review every submission. Where appropriate we will share details with the operator named in your report and with law enforcement. By submitting, you confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
