Auto Farm handles the routing for you when a trip matches conditions you define. Useful when you regularly send overflow at the same times, or out of the same area.
- Go to /admin/farm-out/rules and create a rule.
- Set the conditions — service area, vehicle type, time of day, whatever identifies the work you want to push out.
- Choose how it is offered.
- Set how long partners have to respond, and how many rounds to try before it comes back to you.
- Save and turn it on.
Two ways to offer

| In turn | Offered to partners one at a time in your chosen order, until someone accepts. | You have preferred partners and agreed rates. |
| Bidding | Offered to several partners at once; they bid, and you award it — or the lowest bid wins automatically. | You want the best price and have time to run the auction. |
/admin/farm-out/analytics shows how it is performing — which partners accept, how quickly trips get filled, and what bids are coming in. Use it to reorder your preferred list.
