Incoming work arrives in one of two places, both badged in your sidebar so you do not miss them.
- Incoming Trips at /admin/affiliates/farm-ins — trips a partner sent you directly. Accept or reject.
- Auto Farm Inbox at /admin/farm-out/inbox — offers from a partner's routing rules. Accept, decline, or place a bid.
- Open the request and check the pickup time, route, vehicle type, and what you are being paid.
- Make sure you actually have a driver and a vehicle for it.
- Accept, or bid if it is an auction.
- The trip appears in your own reservations. Assign a driver and run it exactly like your own work.
Farmed-in trips are labelled with the originating company so your dispatcher knows the customer is not yours. Your driver's location is shared with the origin operator as well as you, which is expected — they are answering to the passenger.
