When a farmed trip completes, the commission invoice is raised automatically using the rate agreed at the time the trip was sent — not today's rate.

Monthly reconciliation
The Reconciliation tab nets everything off month by month, per partner. Where you have traded in both directions, it shows one figure rather than two piles of invoices. Work through it at month end and settle the balance however you have agreed.
- Send, mark paid, or void an affiliate invoice from the Invoices tab.
- Cancellation compensation appears as its own invoice type, so it is clear what it is for.
- Farm History gives you every trip sent and received in one table when you need to check a specific job.
