- Go to /admin/affiliates and choose Find Partners.
- Search the directory of operators on the platform. You will not see yourself, anyone you are already partnered with, or suspended accounts.
- Send a connection request. The relationship becomes active once they accept.
- Open the partner and set your commission rate — what you keep when you send them a trip. The default is 20 percent.
- Set the cancellation policy for that partner: nothing, minimum fare plus empty miles, a percentage, or a fixed amount.
A relationship runs in both directions. The same partner can receive your overflow and send you theirs.
Before your first real farm-out, check that your vehicle type names roughly match your partner's. When a trip crosses over, the vehicle type is mapped by name — a close match saves someone fixing it by hand.
