Farming out is passing a trip you cannot cover to another operator, who runs it with their own driver and vehicle. You keep the customer relationship and pay the other operator, keeping a commission.
| Side | Who you are | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Origin | The operator who took the booking | Send the trip out, keep the customer, pay the affiliate less commission. |
| Affiliate | The operator who runs it | Accept the work, dispatch your own driver, invoice the origin. |
There is no separate affiliate account to create. Your partners are other operators already using LiverySuite, working from their own admin exactly as you do.
What happens when a trip is accepted
A copy of the trip is created in the affiliate's account, marked as a farm-in and carrying the origin's name. From then on they run it as an ordinary trip on their own board. Live driver location flows back to both companies, so the origin can still answer where is my car.
Everything lives under /admin/affiliates, with tabs for partners, invoices, reconciliation, incoming trips, history, and the automatic routing rules.
