You can book from your chauffeur company's website, from their own booking page, or from your account with them if you have one. All three ask the same things and quote the same price.
- Enter where you are being picked up and where you are going. Pick the address from the suggestions rather than typing it out in full — that is what gives you an accurate price.
- Choose the date and time.
- Say how many passengers and how much luggage.
- Pick a vehicle. The price for each is shown as you choose.
- Add anything extra you need — a child seat, a meet and greet at arrivals.
- Enter your contact details, add a card if asked, and confirm.
You get a booking received email straight away. That is an acknowledgement, not a confirmation — the company reviews it and sends a separate confirmation once a car is held for you.
Flights and trains
If you are being collected from an airport or a station, give your flight or train number. It is tracked automatically, and your driver is told about delays so nobody is left waiting at the wrong time.
