Your account, and booking without one

Sign in with a link — or use the links in your emails and skip the account.

You do not need an account

Every email you get carries links that do the job on their own. No password, nothing to remember.

  • See all your upcoming trips in one place
  • Track a car on the day
  • Ask to change a trip, or cancel it
  • Pay an invoice or a statement
  • Add or replace a card
  • Rate a trip and leave a tip

If you would rather have an account

An account keeps your saved addresses and cards in one place and makes rebooking quicker.

  1. Use the create an account link at the bottom of a booking email, or your company's sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email. You are sent a sign-in link.
  3. Click it. You are in — no password to set.
  4. You can add a password later if you prefer one, from your settings.

Signed in, you can book, see past and upcoming trips, save home and office addresses, manage your cards, download receipts, and choose which emails you get. If you travel with more than one chauffeur company on LiverySuite, you can switch between them from your settings.
