LiverySuite never holds your money. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and the platform fee is deducted at the time of the charge. You need a Stripe account connected before you can charge a card, send a payable invoice, or pay a driver.
- Go to /admin/settings/stripe.
- Start the onboarding. You are handed to Stripe's own hosted flow.
- Give Stripe your business details, bank account, and identity documents. This is Stripe's process, not ours — the questions come from them.
- When Stripe finishes, you are returned to LiverySuite and the page re-checks your status.
- Confirm the page shows your account as active. The platform fee that applies to your plan is shown here too.
Once Stripe is active you can also turn on instant payouts for driver pay from the same page, if your role includes payroll management.
