When your driver sets off you get an email with a tracking link. Open it to see the car on a map, moving in real time, along with your driver's name and how to reach them.

| Driver assigned | A driver is allocated to your trip. |
| On the way | They have set off. Tracking is live from here. |
| Driver arrived | They are at your pickup point. |
| On board | You are in the car. |
| Completed | The trip is finished. |
You also get reminders the day before and a couple of hours before pickup.
If you cannot find your driver at an airport, call them directly from the tracking page. The company's number is on your confirmation email.
