- Go to /admin/import and pick where you are coming from. There are presets for common platforms and a generic option.
- Choose what you are importing — contacts, vehicles, or reservation history — and upload the CSV. Files can be up to 50 MB or 25,000 rows.
- Review the preview. Nothing is written until you accept it.
- Start the import and watch the job page. Any row that fails is listed with the reason.
Historical trips land in a read-only archive at /admin/import-archive rather than mixing into your live board. They stay searchable without cluttering dispatch.
Do contacts first, then vehicles, then history — history references the other two.
