/admin/dispatch is the day view. It shows one day at a time with your drivers along the top and the day's trips below, and it updates live as drivers move.
- Pick your day. Today is one click away from anywhere.
- Select the trips you want to assign — one, or several at once.
- Assign a driver. Assigning sends that driver a push notification straight away.
- Watch the board through the day. Statuses move on their own as the driver works.
Things worth knowing
- If you assign a driver who is already booked at that time, you get a conflict warning. You can override it — sometimes you need to — but you have to do it deliberately.
- There is a VIP filter for when you only want to see the trips that need the most attention.
- Keyboard shortcuts are listed on the board itself.
- Choose which columns appear, and in what order, at /admin/settings/dispatch-columns.
- You can also assign in bulk from the list at /admin/reservations, or one at a time from a trip's detail page.
