Use a quote when the customer is still deciding. It does not hold a vehicle and it does not charge anything — it is a price with an accept button.
- Go to /admin/quotes/new, or use New then New quote from the reservations page.
- Build the trip exactly as you would a booking.
- Send it. The customer gets an email with a private link to review it.
- They accept or decline on that page. Accepting converts the quote into a reservation on your board automatically.
Open quotes live under the Quotes tab at /admin/reservations. From a quote's detail page you can resend it, edit it, or convert it yourself if the customer confirms by phone.
